Hello, I have a 99 Civic Si and my window track was off so I took off my door panel to fix it. I reinstalled the door panel and such and I trying to reinstall the trim around the door handle with the lock and auto-lock silver button thing. For some reason I can't fit it on there without getting in the way of the lock. When the lock moves inward to indicate that its locked it is stopped by the trim and therefore my car will not lock. I also need to know what screw I need because I guess I am using the wrong because that doesn't want to fit either. I will post pics if needed..

alright i will tomorrow. i'm seriously confused of how this could have happened because fitment seemed right

With it trying to be reinstalled, it is fitted where the screw would go but if i try to look my car it gets caught on trim, itself. this is without screwing anything, just fitment.
