hey guys my car door lock is stuck i cant even manually lock it by pushing the part in by the handle what do u think is stuck inside the door and can i fix it or does it need replaced

i would say take of the door panel, and look inside, it shouldnt be that long to figure it out....

This has happened to me twice so far in the last month. The locking mechanism was completely frozen. I had to get into my car from the passenger side.

When the car warmed up inside, the lock worked again.

Do you live somewhere freezing cold?

its not froze u cant lock it at all with the key or inside

Well if its not just frozen, your best bet is to remove the door panel and investigate. If both the key and switch don't work, its possible that the lock cylinder is seized.

hah, ya you most likely will take the door pannel off and see that the plastic locking mechanism that is right by the inside handel is broken.
Happend to me but i just occationaly get locked into my car.

I was thinking this as well, but if this was the problem I think the key should work in the lock, no?

i have the same problem wit my LS its funny but kinda sad fighting with ur car to open hahahahahahaha
