its depends on what model is ur hatch. if its a Cx, u do need to convert to a 4 wires o2 sensor, other then that the dx, si are already 4 wires o2 sensor

u will need the new hoses cuz ur old one wont reach to the side of the b18c motor.

you're correct. cx doesn't come with a 5 wire.

Yes, it comes with a 1-wire. Hence it also won't work
Throttle cable, you can get it to work by taking a flat peice of steel and drilling holes in it to extent the manifold mounting point, or you can spend the $22 and buy a b-series one (Del Sol VTEC, Integra LS, or ITR)
Edit: Didn't notice it was a GSR manifold *bonk* So those throttle cables would also be wrong. See below

Mine didn't. Nor has any other vx I've known that had the OEM D15Z1 in it

no it wont be short. there are a few ways of making it work. i moved the throttle cable bracket to the firwall (took one of the bolts off from the clutch fluid line and mounted the bracket there) and then just put the cable through it and it matched up fine. i will try and get a picture up a little later.

Re: (92eh3si)
umm, well the pic is kinda low quality but its all i got
the bracket was moved behind the IM, all i did was remove a bolt to the firwall(holding a section of the clutch fluid line up) and place the bracket in its place
