does synthetic oil protect the motor better at higher revs?

from all the hoopla about syn s..it does seem that they dont break down from extreme heat caused by high reving motors = less oil burn off

i think they work better when you rev your engine for an extended period, i.e any kind of racing. I dont think it would help all the much for the occasional 8k rev.......

i alawayas run synthetic oil because it has smaller molocules so it protects better than non syn it also make shte engine run cooler and smother and quiter
