I bought a 94 integra with a salvage title and it happened to have a DC rear strut bar on it. I put it in my 92 cx and didn't notice any difference. I also noticed that the bar hinges on both ends and if you push down on the middle of the bar, it bends about 1/2" up and down(1' total). Other mods on the car include 21mm front sway-bar and 19mm rear sway-bar. The car is also on gc coilovers with adjustable shocks(agx). So, does the rear strut bar do anything or is it just for the bling factor?

the dc bars are garbage.


Any bar that mounts close to the upper shock mount is better.

Benen is a good example of a great rear bar. I am running a prototype rear bar that a friend of mine fabricated but it mounts low also like the Benen piece. I'll post pics soon.

I am satisfied with my H&R motorsports rear strut bar. It doesn't bend when you put a LOT of pressure on it. I didn't notice a huge difference when I put it on, but every little bit counts.

had a rear strut bar on my 94 accord when i had it, that car didn't have any kind of stabalizers in the rear, so i did notice that the back of the car didn't roll as much during a hard turn.

I just ordered a rear strut bar for my sol, should be here next week...i doubt it will really do anything tho cause i already have sway bars, rear lower tie, coilovers, etc.
