does anyone know what plugs to go with ...nitrous

well i have a b16 on nitrous im spraying a 75 shot and im not sure which kind of plugs to go with ...i want ngk's but im not sure which heat range to go with ..any one who know please help

2 degrees cooler... and remember to retard the ignition 4 degrees
