Do i need torsion bars for my 96 civic with a B18 in it b/c i keep breakin axles??

Do i need torsion bars for my 96 civic with a B18 in it b/c i keep breakin axles??
HA-Sport told me that i didnt even need a front mount if i had a good back mount, well i heard i need the front mount plus torsion bars or the axles with keep breakin is this true? the back axle in welded and brazed 2x over if that helps, and my driverside mount was broken and i will fix 2day.

front mount???? what the heck are you talking about there is no front mount on 96 civic unless your talking about the two tq mounts, one mounting on the tranny and the other is on the front of the block around were the AC would normally mount too or on the front drivers side lower part of the block
