Anytime you change the cam (i.e. lift duration and lobe spec) you should get a tune.
UNLESS for example you are just swapping OEM cams and then the changes are minuscule enough usually the ecu can compensate for most of it without a base map reconfiguration.

It will be fine no matter how you drive it. But you wont get the full potential of the cam without a tune.
Unless you have some hardcore track only cams that will uppercut components of your rocker assembly.

I don't really understand your question. Why are you installing all of these parts if you don't intend to tune it and simply want to drive it carefully so as to avoid any engine damage?

There's no telling how much power any of that will make.
There's no magic "how much hp" formula for any car mod. Especially not a group of mods working together.
Each mod will do differently for each application and each tune. There are too many variables to make anyones guess inaccurate.
My opinion, add all those "turbo" parts right before you actually turbo it. Tear it all down, add new cool parts, reassemble, then turbo/tune.
It makes no sense to add a few parts a few months before you turbo when the parts you add are made for a turbo application.

Re: do i have to tune???? (d16_livin')
Your header and your intake are officially useless.
Depending on your intake manifold it could actually perform worse than an oem intake manifold for boosted applications.
And your probably 2.25" exhaust will be restrictive on a mild turbo build. You'll want a 2.5" or 3" exhaust for the boost it sounds like you'll be running.
Hopefully you can sell all those for close to what you paid.
