stock ek

alright everyone i a swapping a b16a with a gsr head into my 2000 civic coupe, i am having problems wiring up mty dizzy, i have searched and searched with know clear answer, so this is what i have the dizzy is obd2a and the harness is obd2b, i have a dizzy plug from a 00 si, but there is one wire i have know idea what to do with, its the blue one thats supposed to run the tack, somepeople just say to run it to the shock tower but that would do nothing and i would not have a tach, anyone with any help would be great this is the last thing i need to do b4 i can start it up, thanks
