Default With the dizzy clocked all the way back

Hey folks my obd1 ls in my 93 si only runs with the dizzy clocked all the way back, ie the top bolt comes into contact with the frontside edge of the dizzy. After long trial and error and many parts thrown at the engine, I am at a complete loss. At this position the motor only seems to run an idle, a high one at that, with it backwards any, it bogs like a ****. Also there is no throttle response whatsoever, I could barely get it to go 30mph, the motor seemed to be burning up after each time I warmed it up or ran it around the block. At one point I was stuck down the street because it stopped accelerating like it wasnt getting any throttle, pedal to the metal and nothing. New fuel pump, fuel relay, fuel filter, new reman dizzy, new spark plugs, new plug wires is what I have done to try and fix it, and nothing.

Your mechanical timing may be off by one tooth on the timing belt.

Any CEL codes?

I'd need a timing light to check that right? And no codes

I had an issue with AFTERMARKET (ebay) dizzy that I knew my mechnical timing was JUST and by advancing the dizzy to the maximum it didn't even get to 0 deg. Turned out to be the dizzy internals because when I have swapped coil and igniter to my old (130K) dizzy it was just right and withing adjustible range.

New dizzy?
aftermarket or autozone dizzy?

From then on i wont be cheap when it comes to fuel and spark components ...

Check whether the cam and crank are no longer perfectly synchronized at TDC1:
