2000 Civic Si - Doesnt Always Start
I would say this happens 4 times a month. Where I will go to start the car and it wont start. The fuel pump will prime when I turn the ignition but nothing. Then sometimes 45 minutes later or even 10 minutes later it will start up just fine.
I have an alarm that wont let the car start if the alarm is on, but the power to that isn't even on. Does that sound like the starter is going bad??

If the problem is that the starter doesn't crank the engine when the key is in ON(III), then check the starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal. If the switch is fine, then the starter may be bad.

fuel pump primes, no CEL but the car isn't starting again.
It used to do this all the time until I took out the fuel cutoff add-on to my alarm. Then it was fine for months and now It's slowly starting to do it again and again.
Car won't start right now and I have to pick up my dad from the airport in a couple hours. fuuuuuuu
