Be organized with your bolts. I'm ocd about internal engine bolts going back to the same spot they came from.

For what its worth I usually pull apart a motor at 280k miles if it leaks out of both sides of the motor, and of the 8 cars ive done that with, I have never seen a motor with so much sludge build up. A normal block has a golden stain

OP lives in the middle east - maybe it has something to do with the climate?

Thats correct .... heat and intense climate are major factors ..... specially with heatup issues and screwed up gasket ..... this was expected ......

Cleaning process is going slow and steady ..... fed up with cleaning and rubbing..... that **** dirt with oil and sand ... combined together and stayed there for about 15 years
is never goin a give up that easily ........ using 91 unleaded fuel only to rub and scrubbing .... used some brake parts and engine cleaning fluids nothing worked for it

Trust me it took me about 56 hrs to clean only these parts .......

Block has been polished and found out to be bored till 75.40 mm ... It was using stock P2CY piston
Crank has been polished and still on standard size mains and rods both are ok and good

Yet to clean .... Intake manifold complete rip a part , Block bare bone, head bare bone and the transmission in the end.

some parts are really in bad shape and need replacement but here in this part of the world those parts are not available ...

Thermostat assembly and its body and the pipe.

I hope you're not planning on installing back that intake manifold?
Try to find manifold from D15, or D16 series engines.
Btw, nice progress.

I will be installing it back for sure ... but IVAC assembly has to be replaced it has minor holes on the pipes.

Those pipes are just for the coolant to flow through it. You're in a warm climate (right?), so if I were you I would just leave the water lines disconnected from the IACV. It will function the same without them.

I'm less familiar with OBD2, but I'm pretty sure it will work as long as the passage in the throttle body (red arrow below) is just a dead end.

Keep it original to reduce potential issues on start up.

You are converting a carbed car to a 97 harness so I would just make everything like original and modify later

The coolant that runs through the IACV is to keep it from freezing in cold weather. The FITV is a different story.
