all i want is the Halo though, and i have a spare set of Headlights at home, so i was thinkin i could just try it, and see how it goes...but i think u may be right, with the stock they are nto as clear as the TYC so it might look weird,

Oh boy....I can feel the heat rising. I say get some TYC's and then do it. IMO, I would end this post before the flaming starts.

Re: DIY angel eyes? (sniperslayer)
there was a writeup a long time ago on this other website but I believe it's been down for a while already.
Basically all he did was buy the clear sticks for window blinds, some led's, resistors and wires.
He heated up the sticks so he could form them around a jar giving them the circular form. He then used a dremel to cut slits so light would have somewhere to go. After that, all he did was jb weld it and wired it up and it was good to go.
Sorry, thats all I remember. Good Luck

haha yeah...i didn't think TYC was great until i tried them out. They are brighter then my stock lights, and my old stockies were pretty dirty so they clean up the look of my car too.
