headlight modification..
i bought a set of projector headlights from ebay...and the light output is horrible..it doesnt go more than 6 feet in front of my car. so what i wanted to know...if i modify the projector housing to accept my H4 bulbs from my stock lamps...sylvania silverstar...bright as hell...would i notice a brighter light...or is it due to the projector itself?

ebay projectors are junk and now your out a 100$. Put your stock back in and save up for a real set or retro-fit some HID's.

Re: (JDMlyfestyle)
well....someone hit the right side of my car, so i kinda need a 1 piece set because they messed up the way the side marker sits where it should, so im looking on ebay and ive found some 1 piece style headlights and side markers for relatively cheap, it looks alot like stock...but they have this weird second hole cut out of the reflective part. are these lights any good to go with? somethin like this

Re: (96dxpower)
so ive decided im going to buy a 1 piece set off of ebay, maybe with a black housing, that will be just like stock in the way that the light sits and the reflectors are. however, i had an idea. would it be possible to dissassemble the headlights i have now, take out just the projector, and fit them into my bumper as fog lights? i would hate to have that money go to complete waste, and i cant see them doing much harm being used as fog lights. any suggestions?

yeah i had the same thing happen to me i was hit in the corner too. i went and bought 1 piece projectors becuase it was hard to line up the corner with the headlights made life easier
but on the lighting issue i didnt have a problem. Mine came with the lil fog light bulbs and im in the process of turning mine back to h4 bulbs.

Re: (dewoine)
let me know how that goes for you. i know you can remove the projector out of the housing...i wonder if there is a way to modify the stock headlight to fit into the slot where the projector was. its either that or just buy one piece stockers. that would be my best bet most likely
