Default dilemma!!

ok so i need to choose between these 2 motors... you be the judge i need some input

1st scenario =
right now in my 00 sedan i have a d16y7 motor which i swapped in myself last year in an emergency it has very low mileage and is amazingly clean no burning oil, leaks or smoke perfect candidate 4 boost

2nd scenario =
i have a FULL 1997 LS longblock that also has low mileage and is complete only needs the rest of the stuff to swap it in like trans, axles etc.... my plan was to buy a gsr tranny and the rest of the parts and swap it into my 4 door but its running a lot of money

should i sell the ls motor and buy a turbo kit and boost the single which would save me money and time and wayy less work???? or should i just finish up the LS motor and swap it in????? i've been thinking about it all week but cant choose

Boost the hell out of the D-series, when it takes a dump go to the junkyard and pick up another one for cheap Then repeat.

Depends what your trying achieve..

I know alot of people gonna dispute this but IMO sell the LS and get a GSR, drop that in then sell your D for whatever you can and put that towards stuff for the GSR or just put it on something else....
Its your call really...
