Different Valve Cover Washers for B16a2 and B18c5?

Different Valve Cover Washers for B16a2 and B18c5?
I thought all B series valve cover washers were the same until I noticed that there is a different part number for the 99-00 Si (B16A2) and the B18C5.

Do you think they are actually different? I am thinking of getting the B16 one since its available at my local Honda dealership and the local Acura doesn't have the washer in stock (I have a B18C).
