Re: Difference between obd0 and obd 1 (ghost face)
It's how the engine is wired. OBD 0 has different wire pinouts and connectors than OBD 1 and vice versa. There is also OBD 2 and now OBD 3. They are all different from one another. OBD 0 is pre-92. OBD 1 is 92-95. OBD 2 is 96-00? (not too sure) And OBD 3 is 00+? (again not sure on that one). It's all about how the engine is wired.

Eh close, not only is it wiring, it's also catalytic converters and other things as well. In 96 the Catalytic converters started scrubbing NOX as well, this makes them a lot more expensive and also restricts you on performance parts as High flow cats are OBDI and older only.
OBD0 91 and older
OBDI is 92-95
OBDII is 96-98
OBDIIb is 99-04 or current I believe that new regs are out for 05.
