Default Difference between headers?

My buddy has a 96 dx and hes looking for a stock header for it. I found him one, out of a 00, now looking at the p/n they are different.
18160-P2E-A12---96
18160-P2E-A22---00

Is the 00 header going to bolt up and are all the sensors going to work properly?
Thanks

it will bolt up, all d series bolt to d series but the dx has the cat in the mani, a ex will give a better gain from a stock part, so either go with the y8 main and get a oem cat/ hi flow cat/ test pipe or stick with the stock dx mani

You should try to stick with a DXheader. If you get one for an EX, you would have to relocate the cat... and thats a big NO NO according to the long arm of the law.

So will the 00dx header work even if its a different p/n?

yup its fit perfect, if the pn# is different lets say its xxxxxxx-96 for the 96 mani, and xxxxxxxx-00 for the 00 mani, the only thing different in the whole pin is year.
