Default 96 ex headers on a dx

i have a dx with a dx catback if i put a set of ex headers on it will they bolt up or will i gave to mod them im looking to loose my cat. i heard they would just bolt up but if i wanted a cat i would need an ex catback. im looking to loose cat please help.

ex had 2 o2's dx has 1

Other than extending your o2 sensor wire there is no other modification. You can even get away with cutting part of the engine harness wrapping away so it can reach further.

You need an EX cat and extended secondary O2 wiring.
