My buddy and I came acroessed a Civic dx d15b7 for 400 bux, but the head was warped and valves messed up. Anyway, we got a head off a CRX from the local Junk yard.

I was juts curiouse if anyone else has done thins and if he gained any power or is it the same? TO me it sounds and feels like he did.........

Shouldn't of seen any HP gains from a stock head to another stock head, both are d-series SOHC non VTEC.

Well it would depend on what head you got a hf or an si.. If you got a si head then you probably just free'd up the flow of the motor.

^^but doesnt he need 4 valve relief pistons to put an si head on an hf block? since the hf only has 2?
