Default new steering wheel has no place for horn button?

just ordered the MOMO Monte Carlo wheel with the SignalAuto quick release hub and the horn has 3 little plastic clips that looks like its suppose to clip to something on the hub but there is nothing

here is pics:
horn button, you can see the 3 little prongs that look like they clip into something

here is the hub on the wheel, you can see there is no place for the button to clip to

here is the horn, from the rear, on the wheel. it actually looks like the hole in the wheel is to big for the horn

and i think this is the plate im missing, i think

so anyways, if you understand what im talking about and have some info on it , lmk cause i might just send back the quick release hub if i cant get his worked out

it doesnt clip into anything, the can compress a very little bit and just fit snug in the wheel and then that round black piece goes over it and the bolts that go to the hub hold it in place

You aren't missing that plate, that plate goes on the Momo Tuner wheel, which is what that wheel is. The Monte Carlo doesn't come with that, the horn button just clips in. You have to physically wire the horn in. I don't know how, which is why my Monte Carlo doesn't have a working horn.

yes it wouold work with the plate. sold Momo wheels for a few years. There is also a thin flat metal ring you can get that fits behind the wheel that has a sligtly smaller diameter hole in it that you can get instead of buying the plate. the plate looke cleaner imo. To wire it up is just like any other switch. if its going onto a 92-95 you will need to get a small part from any 88-91 civic called a shoehorn. its a small peice of metal that stays in contact with the back of the adapterhub so that you have ground for your horn. if its for an 88-91 just hook one side of the button to the stock wire and the other to a ground. hope that helps.
its the ring in the lower left of the wheel.
