I was bored so I took out my cluster and paint the speedo red, my brother was playing with the fuel and temp's speedo. He turn the fuel speedo to full and turn the temp speedo to hot and cold. When I put it back to my car and turn on the car, the fuel and temp speedo just keep going to the top. I try to put it down, but it goes back up......after I turn the car off, the temp speedo will go down again. So did my fuel and temp gauage fxxk upppp???? Please help me out here.

you might have broke them, or offset where they were at, the fuel guage should stay put after the car is powered off, and the temp guage should fall to cold once the key is out, if its not doing this, the gauges were moves to positions there were not in before, and thus throwing the guage off, mine werent too picky about it, but it was off a little, i just used up all the gas, and let the motor sit cold and zeroed them out again to be sure.

It's ok when the power is off, but when I turn start the car it both keep moving up, i put it down and i will go up again.
