Dialin in illuminas
Got these babys in a while ago but never bothered to deal with the dials and what not. I put em in and they read 5 upon installation.... did i do this right? If I didn't would appreciate some help, other then that turnin the dial is self-explanitory. Also, what settings for a nice ride .

Do you even have these, n00b?
If you said what kind of car they are on, it might help. What springs as well. There is a little tab on the plastic piece that the numbers are on. Make sure that tab is in the slot on top of the strut, otherwise you won't get a proper reading.

Well lets see.
I have 450F and 350R spring rates.
For a "drag" setup I run 3 front and 5 rear.
Around down I usually down it to 2 fronts and 3 rears to have a nice smooth ride(well still a little stiff)
Going down to 1's on these makes for a bouncy ride on my springs so i dont even bother.

Mine are set on 4 all around right now with the Tokico springs. The ride is just wonderful with this combination, for sure the best upgrade I've done yet. Once my car is back from having the B18B put in, I may or may not change the setting. What would be a good setting to use for autocross, 5 all around? My suspension is stock except for the illumima's and springs.

You're driving a coupe. The coupe likes to slide out at the back...especially when it can't roll - which it really can't set that high, so don't trying turning too fast.
I've had mine set at 2F 1R for daily driving. I'm considering bumping up both of those a notch because it is rather soft. For autox I run mine 4F 2R with 36psi F tires and 34psi R. Hope this helps.
