determining swapped JDM engine year.
A swapped Japanese domestic market B16a in a 1994 civic, How can you tell the year and If it came out of an Si-R, or Del-sol, or what?

the year of the motor is on the exhaust side of it or the intake side not sure, it is on the head part of the motor right by the holes, they look like little circles there's like 5 the all have a line in the middle, and one has a number on each side of the line those numbers represent the rear or the motor... well at least the head.

So which side is it on, the exhaust side or the intake side? and what years would mean Generation 1, generation 2 or gen 3 of the B16a?
