delsol headlight problem
when i bought the car, the headlight harness's were pretty much fried
only one headlight comes on when i have on the low beams
but both of them come on when i have on high beams
i'm thinking there's a short somewhere(there has to be to fry the harness's right??)
i replaced the bulbs but it didn't help any
does anybody know where to start?

Well... if you're not blowing fuses, there isn't a short, but certainly sounds like a broken lead.
Have you checked for continuity on the wire harness that's connected to the headlight that's not working?

Re: (ek7shane)
When you find a harness that has a broken wire in it, you either replace the harness or replace the wire in the harness (unless you're really lucky and can find where the wire is broken).
Replacing the harness is less problematic because you don't have to worry about waterproofing your splice.
