Default deleting o2 sensor @ cat for OB2 '00 Civic?

I searched and came up with nothing, but i'm pretty sure i've read on here somewhere that there exists a jumper to eliminate the o2 sensor that's @ the cat in an ob2 civic. I have a brand new stainless magnaflow high flow 2 1/4" cat i wanna use, but it's for an obd1 (bought it when i had my 95, never got to put it on). I'm ordering a ws2 in a week and i'd like to, if possible, put the cat on as well. However i don't know if this is possible without throwing a code (i know not having it connected WILL throw a code, i'm trying to avoid that). How necessary is that o2 sensor? I would never not have a cat on my car so at worst i'll just have to shell out some beans for a new one cause i'm pretty sure my current cat has just about had it. Thanks in advance for any useful replies.

cliffs:
Is there a jumper, or any way to delete the o2 sensor @ the cat on an ob2 civic without a negative effect on my emissions? link=?

That o2 doesnt adjust anything, regarding fuel...but you wont pass any sort of inspection with the light on.
Just put a bung in the pipe after the cat (pre-flange) and attach the sensor. Not difficult...

Are you taking about the pipe on the cat itself? Or the exhaust system after the cat.
