Default Del Sol Swap

I'm looking into swapping a B18C into my 'sol, so i've got a few questions:
first of all, does anyone know anything/have any opinions about JUN Racing's Stroker kit for the B18C? I'm thinking about getting that. Also, with new Pistons, crankshaft, Rods, sleeves, etc. how much boost do you think i could pound into a B18C? And finally, would it be better to try and swap for the GSR tranny too? or keep the Del Sols? Any answers will be much appreciated.

what do you want to do with the car is my 1st question. street or drag. i gave a fully built gsr swap. now 2.0 84mm darton sleves. everything with a rev hard 2c. my ***** all for show but i can put down 500+ at 23+psi and my engine is strong as hell at that. i just lack a hondata and axles and ill be gutted at the track pulling to hit a 11.9 or lower

I'm looking for an extremely fast Del Sol, it seems that most of the Sol's I see are all show and no go, so I want a Sol that is both show and extra go. At first i'm only looking for drag speed, if i want street or racing handling later on i'll look into that.

only an 11.9 with 500 hp? If you have suspension and slicks i think your expectations are a little low. But sounds liek the ******* bomb anyway.

I'd say skip on the stroker kit and just sleeve the block, build the bottom end, and head. If you're not going to be running a crazy amount of power or PSI, Just stick with the GSR transmission. Look around there Forced Induction forum; there's a lot of knowledge floating around in there.

Yes if you ever plan on boostingnthen the LAST thing you want to do is stroke.

If you want the baddest-assed, most reliable motor then try sleeving a B16A block and going 84mm and then boost the **** our of it. It'll be right at 1.8L but still retain that near-perfect B16A rod ratio unlike the 1.8L blocks. This means that there will be less pressure on the sides of your pistons and cylinder walls.
