So buy a generic one and bolt it up, or get to fabbing. The LeMons guys do it with some sheet metal and L brackets, nothing stopping you from doing the same thing.

You don't have basic hand tools, and some metal shears? Metal shears are stupidly cheap. You can get 8 square feet of sheet aluminum (or steel, if you want to go really cheap) for next to nothing. A few small nuts and bolts, and some Rustoleum to spray it so it doesn't rust out. Hell, you could probably fab a basic rear diffuser for $50-$70 in parts. Mount the receding edge straight to the bumper, the leading edge somewhere near the gas tank (I'm thinking the parking brake cable mounting points would work well), cut a hole in it for your exhaust. Mount four or five fins to the main sheet with some L brackets, paint it all black, and have a semi-stealthy setup for half a bill and a weekend of work.
God damnit, now I want to make a project out of this...I'll tell ya what, PayPal me $200, I'll create a functioning prototype, then a more refined final version, and you can have your choice of the two

Re: del Sol rear diffuser?
I just made one for my 93 del sol last weekend. Just waiting on my front lip to arrive to install it. I will post some pics of it once its up. It wasn't too hard at all. just used a couple of sheets of sheets metal, a rubber hammer, angle grinder and some bolts and paint! Just make sure to go to the dollar store and get a few sheets of that hard foam board and use a glue gun to make a prototype so you can just use that as a template after and you don't make any boo boo's.
