Default del Sol owners.... i need your opinion...

my GF just went and test drove a 93 del Sol S. it has A/C and it in pretty decent shape. 121k miles, paint is a little faded in places, and has a few dings. it runs realy good. i drove it and gave it hell, full throttle shift, e-brake drift, the works. never smoked, nothing rattled, CV joints never made a sound.... the clutch slipped a little bit though.

the guy is asking $5800, he told her he would give her $2300 for her 94 Saturn SL1 with 120k. $3500 difference. i know this price is WAY to much, my question is, what would you guys think is a fair offer on this car. i was thinking of offering hime her car plus $2k, what do you guys think???

the price is a touch high for a s model I would give him no more than $4500. if it is faded at spots it is probally at the mirrors, bumpers, and around the plastic at the back glass. If it is red duplicolor makes it in a spray can and it matches great. I painted mine last year and it is holding up great.

I just bought a 95 del sol s model for $2300. High Mileage but who cares right? Is that a good price or what? What's wrong with it? I need the hood, fender and bumper replaced. . . . maybe another $1000 and the car will be looking brand spanking new. What do you think?
