the tail light in my 93 del sol is always on even when the car is closed and the 2 brake lights is not working.

what could it be??

Recently just pulled out the cluster (didn't do any thing) and insert it back.

Check whether the rubber stopper that presses on the brake switch at the top of the brake pedal is broken or has fallen out. The bulbs for the right and left brake lights may be blown.

Thanks, the 3rd brake light was on due to broken rubber,

but the two other brake lights is not working, the bulbs are not blown, when the brake pressed there is no voltage output on the 2 brake lights, any fuse only to them?

Please advice

now i am confused went to check again:





nothing works but the tail light when i press the brakes, where is the two l/r brake lights?

problem found the i missed this when i checked first ,one bulb has 2 light wires one for brakes and one regular lights only the brake wire inside the bulb is blown , replaced and now brake lights works.
