Default Deciding what motor to put in 94 cx

Hey guys, I know bench racing is not allowed, and i don't think this constitutes bench racing. My question is, I have a bone stock 94 cx. Assuming reasonable drivers skill, I am looking for a motor to get me into the mid 14's for less than a gsr swap (i'm having a shop do it, long story), so ls/vtec, crvtec really aren't good options. So what I'm really looking at, is a B18b with a B16 tranny, Maybe Crower Cams and B16 pistons. Are there any other reasonable options?

Hmm, you have a CX, lightest model. I believe you can hit 14s with a B16 with B16 tranny, traction bar, good suspension, good tires, and good driving.
