Default Is this a decent price?

Would you pay 4500 for:
92 cx in pretty good shape(usual wear and tear)
JDM B18c (100k on motor, new timing belt and water pump)
Skunk2 intake manifold
New plugs & plug wires
B16 tranny with new clutch
15" circuit 8's with fairly new tires
Lowered(coilovers I think) with Skunk2 camber kit
Del Sol seats
Momo steering wheel
B&M shifter
Alpine head unit
I/H/E (not sure of the brands)

A friend of mine has this car and he wants to sell it to me for this price. I know the guy really well and I know the work on the car has all been done right. He says that he won't let it go to anyone else for this price. Do you guys think that I'm getting a pretty fair deal on the car, or should I try to get him to lower that price.
What would you guys pay for that set-up? I really want the car, but I want to get it at a good price cuz it will be my dd and money is sorta tight. Any opinions would be great.

i would... look at it this way, what will u have to replace when u get it. in 1 year? in 5 years? then u can get a general cost the car is going to cost you.

well, all the car needs now is a new headlight. about a year ago this car ran a 13.9 on street tires without the B16 tranny. I wouldn't have believed it if I wasn't with him at the track when he did it.

I would scoop that up.
Sound like a good deal to me.
Is there any body damage?
other than that I would go ahead and buy it.

Any rust, if there is don't do it or get it cheaper. Has it been hit? Does it go straight?

I most likely would if the intterior is mint if not, atleast close aswell as the paint.
And if it seems to be put together correctly, you don't want to be buying anyone's headache!

Thanks for all the input guys!!

The kid that has the car used to be my roommate, but he graduated college and moved into the city. This car is his baby he wouldn't even think about selling it before, but he just scooped up a new Lexus IS 350(hooottt). Since I helped him out while he was in school, he asked me if I wanted it, cuz he knows that I like the car a lot. The car has never been in a wreck and it doesn't have any rust, but it needs some dents pulled and a fresh coat of milano red. The body has about 210k on it. I just wanted to see what you guys thought about the price. He's not tryin to sell the car, but he says I can buy it since he got a new whip and he owes me.
