Icon6 Dead shocks

my friend slammed his car and his shocksr very bad, they are pretty much dead. everytime he hits a bump his camber kit hits his frame. if he was to get new shocks will there be less bouncing and less frame hitting? need to knoe asap

i just posted this like 10 mins ago...

aftermarket lowering springs will destroy oem shocks. aftermarket springs don't use as much of the travel due to a stiffer spring rate and oem shocks aren't designed for this.

koni yellows and ground control for 1200 bucks. ftw.

and yeh, coilovers are second up.
in other words... doesn't everyone know that aftermarket springs don't work with oem shocks? if you don't change both, don't change either.

There is a seller in the market place that sells Koni and GC with top hats for like 800. That is what your friend should do, it also would not hurt your friend to search.
