Shocks issues?....
Every time i hit a speed bump my shocks make this distince sound like they are rubbing on something... I dont know if the shocks are done for or there is something that i did to them... BUT, I have checked them out and they look fine... Did my maxspeed coil overs break my shocks?

I would put money on it. Your OEM shocks are probably not anywhere near capable of keeping up with the much stiffer spring rates, and I'd bet they're toast. The noise you're hearing is probably the shocks against the bump stops.

Without really knowing what your spring rates are, I imagine you'd probably be fine with a set of adjustable Koni yellows. Most people run them with the 350-400 lb Eibach/Ground Control coilovers with good results. Most street springs are in that neighborhood (or less), and the Koni's valving will handle it well.
