Re: dash light out (JDM94HATCH)
Pop out the hazzard switch, there's a screw behind that. Then there's two screws up in the trim by the guage cluster facing up (just put your head close to the cluster and look up, you'll see them, then go from the bottom up). Unscrew those as well (total of 3). From there the whole trim piece will pop out (it's got clips...careful not to break them even though people break them all the time and it never matters at all, though I've never broken mine and have had the piece out a few times.
From there you'll be staring at a bare guage cluster that's held in obviously by 4 screws, unscrew them and the cluster comes out, don't forget to disconnect the wires going to it... From there, all the bulbs that light it up can be accessed from the back, just twist and pull... There's I think 5 or 6 bulbs that do the lighting (other ones are for the dummy lights such as CEL and cruise control) - the lighting bulbs look different from the rest, think the cluster uses 24's and one 74. It's a very easy job, though I haven't done it (one of the bulbs went out on mine) after I've put amber bulbs in there O.o
Here's the writeup I used to put the amber bulbs in, you can follow it to the point where you can figure out how to get the cluster out.

Good luck.
