Best bet would be to check a junkyard. I just picked up a full A/C setup (All hard lines, condenser, dryer, evap) from a junkyard yesterday, $42 for everything. That line your talking about is the same from 96-00, and can also be made to work out of a 92-95 with a little bit of persuasion.
I know this because I just dropped in a full A/C into a 97 Civic with a B16 all from using the setup I got from the junkyard which came out of a 93 Civic and everything works great!!
