ran my co wrker today in my 92 civic ex sedan. he had a 99 civic ex coupe. both cars 5 spd. 1st race was a roll at 20 mph. i jump but he pulls by 2nd. set up for a dig n i jump again but he pulls in 2nd again. damn it! haha. u guys think it should have been a better run or the outcome seems rite to u? thnks for reading! i love my honda!

Well, assuming you're both stock, you should run around a 16.8 and he should run a 16.7, so yeah, he should've had you by a bit. Then again, this kind of post is highly looked down upon, so you'll probably get flamed... Fair warning.

hard to say,according to clubcivic.com:
EG sedan weighs 2490 and 125hp=19.92lbs/hp
99-00 weighs 2513 and 127hp=19.78lbs/hp
so the 99 has the advantage there.......not by much.
his 2nd gear is .009 shorter than yours so he has a TINY bit of acceleration on you.
stock for stock yes id say when he hits 2nd, he pulls in front.
this is assuming you are even in the driver dept.

haha. yeah i was the one honking. i know that im the better driver by jumping on his ***. he just had the pull on me thats all. thanks for reading and the comments. btw, bought an aem intake and looking for a header. lets see if that changes things up. haha!

i got and EK and i ram a lot of time with some EG and i am stock and i loss one time because the other has intake and mufler but EG dont run more so if you want to win put something in your engine

i have a z6 in my del sol, and my brother has a y8 in his coupe. we both have full exhaust and intake, and i can wipe the floor with his ***. lol, just saying
