rods wont. journal sizes are different
pistons will fit but the different pin height will throw the compression off. if u r gonna use 1.6 pistons in a non vtec d15, u need to use rods from a d15z1 sohc vtec-e VX engine or the japanese d15b sohc vtec which is a 1.5 equivalent of the d16z6.
