Default D16Z6 not getting enought fuel?

Well here is the delema I have 94 civic ex with a 92 Z6 in it do to my car sitting to low and the intake sucking in water and blowing a hole threw the block but almost ever since the install my car has been throwing a cel 43 so I replaced the fuel pump, and o2 sensor still no change but sometimes at stop signs when I take off the it seems the car isn't getting enough fuel so it cuts out almost sounds like back fire buts its just the exhaust spiting out what fuel it gets, it also does it when im driving along and push the accelarater all the way down sounds like a machine gun but its just the car trying to get fuel so Im clueless and was wondering if anyone had any ideas? Thanks

You might want to edit that and use some punctuation consisting of commas and/or periods. That has got to be the largest run-on sentence in the history of Honda-Tech.

But, what I think you're trying to say is that you swapped out your engine, and ever since the install, it seems you're not getting enough fuel?

Have you checked your timing?

he says he had a cel43.. and he replaced his fuel pump and o2 sensor, but is still getting cel43

the reason your car is bogging is because you have a cel.. and when u have a cel your ecu puts your car in 'help me now mode'.. itll just run for you but its not gonna be letting you ride the crap out of it..
