im almost finished with my swap but i have a quick question for the map sensor.

my d15b7 map sensor wiring ran from the firewall and connected to the map sensor (mounted by the fuel filter)

on my d16z6 the map sensor is mounted to the throttle body (str 68mm tb) and there is a map sensor connection on the d16z6 wiring harness.

i was wandering which connection i should use? the one that comes from the firewall, or the one on the z6 engine wiring harness?

they have the same color wires, same connection. Also, ill be running the p06 at first, until i can get my p28 if that makes any difference

there is also one wiring harness on the d15b7 that runs from under the distributer up to the passenger side shock tower, however, i cannnot find where that one came from. I dont know the color on these wires, but my d16z6 doesnt have this connection but does have an unused plug down there. i may have to get a picture up to get any help with that one tho.

nevermind on the second one, i think thats the rear wiper connection for the hatch.

use firewall connection or main engine harness connection for MAP sensor on d16z6 running a p06 in 92 dx hatch (originally d15b7) ?
