you find it in 96 EX civic coupe's
and i dont recomend it because it has long ratio's which sucks
but it will be good if you are boosting your ride
and i'm not sure about the price
because i had a full tranny swap, from an auto to a manual and that costed me around 580$

I dont know if there is an LSD tranny for the D16y8..

I'll give you an advice which many gave me but i kept on ignoring it and doing what i wanted!!
they told me to save the money for a while until a get enough money to swap an engine + tranny but i didnt listen to anybody and now i wish i have waited longer to get the swap

by the way if i'm going to swap any engine now B16,B18,B20,H22 i have to buy another tranny!!

you got the money for the tranny so save it now and get your self more money for the engine

stock d16z6 in a 92 civic vx hatchback, zex 59100 cam, apexi turbo kit @ 10psi, greddy sp 2.5in catback, hondata s200, rc 44occ injectors, walboro 190 lph fuel pump, 20x6x14 mt slicks, and 2 gallons race gas. i know it was on race gas and slicks but i didnt have the money to get a 3bar map and boost controller to turn up the boost. plus the slicks are small skinny ones. alot of people were surprised that i was able to pul. 1.9's on the 0-60 ft.
