d16y8 into 92 vx won't start need emergency help
So I just dropped a d16y8 into my 92 vx... I had a d16z6 in it had no problems until I spun a bearing... just tried to start it and now I have a solid CEL on tried to check what it was thru the service connector and it stayed solid... I have no spark and im not getting any fuel... my main fuel relay is making a weird noise also... by the way I cut my injector plugs to use the obd2 injectors... can anybody tell me how to get this started? I need the car running in a few hours

Do you have the correct ECU for the D16Y8 engine?
Get the pdfs of the helm manuals for the 92-95 civic and 96-98 civic. They will help you troubleshoot a no-start.
You can google and find them.

I just picked up a new fuel relay and im going to be picking up a distributor later on... still looking for help tho
