it's a nice little cheap upgrade. Get a y8 manifold from an AUTOMATIC y8 from any 96-00 civic. it will plug in easiest. Make sure to get the throttle cable and bracket also, it'll make it easier.
Makes daily driving more fun, it's a very noticeable upgrade, you can feel/hear the engine breathing better.

wait. where do you plug the IAC into then?
My friend has an automatic Y8 manifold laying around. Maybe this will open up a market to sell it. lol.

Word up that's true. Get an auto y8 mani and an auto y8 throttle body. The mani from a 96-98 should be fine, but if you get a 99-00 mani you will have to seal the air injection holes right above each port.

As for the auto throttle body it will have the three wire IACV on it so you don't have to slice up your harness. I just finished mine two days ago and noticed a good little difference.

All i used for the swap was the auto intake mani, the throttle body, and the throttle cable and it's bracket.
All the rest you can take from your old manifold. Injectors, bolts, etc.

you can use y7 TB when doing the y8 IM swap. you just need to change the throttle plate. i recently did the swap and just make sure you have the right size hoses.
