Default d16 overbore?

yes its true i have a question about boring a d16!!!!!! haha you guys are probably going to give me a lot of **** for it but if my question is answered i dont care anyway... but im boosting my d16z6 soon, and id like to see how far i can go on stock sleeves, with purhaps some 9:1 forged pistons from wiseco. i know service limits from honda go from 75mm-oversized pistons with a 75.500mm bore how much further can this go safely with 14lbs of boost and forged pistons and rods???
any body have any idea what im talking about? any GOOD information is welcome thanks fellas and ladies!!!!!!

9:1 isnt raising the compression.

If your not going to sleeve dont go more then 76mm. If your going to sleeve it maybe you could do 79mm.

stock is close to 9.5:1 if im not msitaken... over bore is good, but why not just buy low comp. pistons made for your stock bore if your not going to sleeve it...

Overbore .02" and call it a day. That'll straighten things out, give you a nice fresh hone, and you can control your compression other ways.

I agree.

I just got my motor back from the machiene shop.

I had it bored .20 over & I used Weiscos. I also had the block decked to make sure it was flat.

Fresh motor > 240k old motor.

How much power are you wanting to make? I made around 240whp at 15psi on my old setup, but that as with a small turbo. A friend of mine made 350whp 15 10psi with another turbo.

PSI is not as important as the horsepower you want to make.

i honestly have no idea how much power im shooting for. im currently doing a custom turbo setup and im going to see where it puts me and go from there. im going to start with...

stock head
stock block
t3/t04e 50trim .48ar
love fab mini me manifold (next purchase)
2.75-3" downpipe and straight pipe exhaust (not sure what size i want yet)
walbro 255lph pump
440cc injectors
aem regulator
tune on chrome

nothing special

im not entirely sure what to do next thats why i asked

I wouldn't bother with the AEM regulator.

There's no need for it. You won't need a fuel rail either.

You'll max that turbo out before you need a bigger fuel rail.
