Default d16 block with b7 head

hi,i'm about to make my first build, i have a 98 civic ex with an overheated head gasket so i have to rebuild it, i also have a b7 head, .010" shaved

i'm thinking to put the b7 head with p29 pistons and an a6 cam, i don't want to hit a valve or to have problems with the c/r if i stay with th y8 head and p29 pistons

but, do i have to install the y8 cam gear or the b7 cam gear? and, what timing belt do i have to install?

i'll be posting some pictures next week, thank you
