Default D15Z1 Idle Problem

Hi guys I have a few problems.. After i swapped the Vx motor into my Ej1 the motor sounds like its about to crap out on me.. the RPM drops down to like 400ish or below and sounds like its about to stall.. And whenever i drive it and shift to neutral the RPM drops to 0 and is about to stall also while im in the street braking to stop.. Any ideas on how to fix this?
