Easiest way is with an engine hoist/cherry picker.
If you don't have one you have to jack up the front of the car and remove the engine out the bottom (just drop it onto a crawler and roll it out).
I suggest using an engine hoist - easier in my opinion.
Just chain it up and unbolt the mounts. Then start disconnecting (labeling as you go) hoses and wires. Easiest way I've found.
You might also wanna go to http://hondahookup.com/.
Sign up, it's free. They have a bunch of manuals you can download (actual Honda dealership manuals) you can download in .pdf format or Honda manuals you can buy on CD and such for like 3 dollars on ebay. Just search around for downloadable manuals such as helms.
I'm not sure about other ones but helms has a step-by-step process on removing the engine.
Good luck .

I would buy a manual for all the details
Here's how I removed mine by myself w/o a cherry picker:

(I've seen people use a tire or even a skateboard to set the engine on)
