d15b2 block into 93 civic (timing belt cover and motor mount question)
I have a d15b2 block with a d16z6 head going into a 93 civic ex. I noticed that when i took the original steel mount from the d16z6 block and put it on the d15b2 block it is slightly tilted to the right. (it looks like the top hole on the block is drilled slightly further over on the b2 block) Will this be a problem when installing this motor in the car.
Also the timing belt cover is a little different between the 2 motors I installed the one from the z6 onto the b2 it seems to fit my only concern is will it rub the timing belt. The z6 has a smaller tensioner pulley compared to the b2.
Sorry for the long post I was just trying to get some input from someone who has done this before.
Thanks
