Yes it can be done, no extra parts needed, it goes right on. thats the same setup im running right now, the cool thing about a d15b head is the combustion chamber is smaller than the z6 head, so you have a lil bit more compression. what i also did was put in some ZC pistons, from the 89 crx ZC, holy crap, it made a day and night difference. with my 94 CX hatch, with a Z6 block and a d15b head with ZC pistons, i beat RSX-S, GSR, LS, prelude with H22. its always funny when they ask what i got. they never believe me till i show them, and the first thing they look for is a turbo.

Power would probably be near what a stock d15b vtec makes. Becuase doesnt the d15b vtec used the d16z6 block?

you probably wont see that much of a hp gain in getting a different vtec head.. i would just keep the z6 head and spend the money if u wanna turbo for a home made turbo it will cost around 1200 with intercooler and youll net around 200-240whp tuned if thats ur thing... i like all motor but.. i dont think you would gain anymore than MAYBE 5 if anything at all with the head change
