Default D-Series Intake manifold

sup guys so i just got a D16Z6 head from the junkyard and i have everything i need to drop it in except the distributor and timing belt. But i just read on another forum that i also need the D16 intake manifold and fuel rail..is this TRUE?! if it is im selling the head and getting a D15B from Hmotorsonline lol

If you're doing the mini-me on a y7, it would be better to change the intake manifold IMO.

if i'm not mistaking, from his name it is a 95, it would be a mini me on a d15.. you can your intake manifold and fuel rail and all....

it depends what engine you have right now.....my y7 has a different manifold from the y8, so when im gonna do a mini swap, im gonna put a y8 manifold and throttle body...so yea

we need to find out if he is doing a mini me on a 1.5 or the y7.... then we can figure out what needs to be done next ...

i was thinking he had the b7 just wanted to make sure lol.. but yeah as i said before and trustdestruction said.. use the ones off of the b7 .. gl...
